Angsty Puppet Play
Puppet has always been a bit different, never seeming to be “cut from the same cloth” as everybody else. As she flips through her notebook, the story of friendships, love, and personal awakenings unfolds. She suddenly comes face-to-face with the part of herself that has been controlling the narrative all along. The Puppet is forced to overcome her fear of vulnerability and decide whether she will keep observing her life or finally step into it.

The Fire in Which We Burn
The scream of one fiery woman rings out across the field of suffocating silence; a war cry for the right to a voice. To a vote. It’s 1913. Great Britain is ablaze. The oppressed are standing, and they’ve got hell to raise. It’s a fated sunset, two people find themselves caged in a jailroom. One, a revolutionary of her time, a militant suffragette carrying with her the dreams and cries of all of her fallen and falling sisters. The other, her lawyer, a button-down loyal citizen of the crown. Mariette, the imprisoned, must face within these four walls the consequences of her actions. More than that, she must confront the ashes she’s left in her wake. She’s a danger and she knows it. Was it all worth it? How bright will she have to burn before the world sees her and her cause? Where will she draw the line? Tension is searing, and she must make this decision before she lets the whole world go up in flames.
